I used to do really elaborate demo table set ups when I did my Pure Romance home parties. I needed at least 10-15 minutes to do this and if I was running late, it left me all frazzled. Here are one of my tables (a little blurry, but you get the idea):
Another consultant recently introduced me to the idea of doing the demo right out of the bag. It looks cleaner and neater and takes no time to set up or breakdown. I liked this idea as I was getting tired of spending time at every party trying to make my table look good. It made sense to me that people were purchasing based on what I said, not on how pretty my table was. Now, I just pull the item I want to talk about out of the bag, do my presentation, drop it back in and go on to the next item.
